Arriving at the Summit
CLS provides complimentary transportation throughout the summit. The time and locations of pick-up and drop-off are the following:

Hilton Durham near Duke University
  • Address: 3800 Hillsborough Rd, Durham, NC 27705
  • Free on-site parking is provided at the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for further detail.
Gross Hall (Duke University)
  • Address: 140 Science Dr, Durham, NC 27708
  • Gross Hall does not provide on-site parking. We recommend you to use Bryan Center Lot, Science Drive Visitor Lot, Parking Garage 4, or Science Drive Garage operated by Duke University. Visitor parking is at the rate of $2.00/hour. Please visit the Duke Parking website for further detail.
Gourmet Kingdom
  • Address: 301 E Main St, Carrboro, NC 27510
Gourmet Kingdom provides limited on-site parking. Please contact the restaurant directly for further detail. There are also some parking spaces in the mall across the street.



Participating in Virtual Sessions
All events on Sunday March 27 will be entirely online via Zoom. In addition, in-person speaker sessions on Saturday March 26 will be streamed simultaneously on Zoom. 

To attend a virtual speaker session, simply go to the Speaker Directory section of this handbook and find the corresponding Zoom meeting link next to each speaker’s name. You can join the virtual session anytime by opening the meeting link. If a passcode is required, enter CLS2022 with all letters capitalized and no space in between. Please note that some meeting links are shared by speakers presenting in the same lecture hall throughout the day, and we recommend you to join the virtual session no earlier than 10 minutes before the designated start time.

All delegates will be automatically muted upon entering the virtual session. Please follow the instructions by our executive team members on how to raise questions and interact with speakers.

On March 26, in-person delegates may choose to attend virtual sessions at the designated rooms in Gross Hall. Virtual sessions will be projected on a screen in those rooms, and delegates may raise questions or interact with the speaker following the instructions of our executive team members.

Speaker sessions will only be recorded with the prior consent of individual speakers.
