Nelson is a junior studying Political Economy with a track in Political Science. Originally from Paris, he moved to New York City at the age of twelve discovering in the process a whole new lifestyle and culture. Having studied Chinese since the third grade, he has pursued his passion for China and international relations by traveling there to study the language and interning, leading him to commit to Duke Kunshan University. Due to the pandemic, this is his third year studying at Duke University and found his way to bridge the gap between both countries by proudly joining the Duke UNC China Leadership Summit.
