Violet is a senior at UNC majoring in Biostatistics and Chinese with a minor in Mathematics. She is interested in applying quantitative methods to issues at the cross section of public health, demographics, and culture. Violet is specifically interested in learning more about China’s growing influence and emerging economic growth, and wants to explore a global perspective within the clinical data science field. In her free time, she might be found running, trying new foods with friends, or petting a cat.
