Having lived in China and the US, Hyo In has experienced both countries from the unique standpoint of a foreign national. In the contemporary world where globalized interconnectedness between nations is a normality, Hyo In remains attentive to the political atmosphere that Sino-US relations will set for the decades to come. After serving in the Republic of Korea army as a sergeant, Hyo In has further developed an interest in efforts to disarm Thucydides' trap, peacefully and diplomatically.
